Fattoria Casamora - Villa La Leccina

This brick and stone villa is located in the northern section of the compound, not far from the lemon grove and the main swimming pool. It measures about 150sm (1614sft) divided in two stories. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms (two king BR’s and one BR with 2 single beds). They each have their own bathroom and are all facing the private garden. The large kitchen faces the private porch. From the ground floor foyer, a staircase leads to the living room on the upper floor. It is characterized by a large truss and it faces a terrace overlooking the countryside and the Pratomagno mountains.

The library offers a remarkable selection of books and magazines amidst specifically designed spaces for reading, conversing, relaxing or leisure games.

The theater and the internal space are equipped to host musical and artistic events as well as corporate meetings and conferences.

Outside, in the wonderful Pratomagno scenery, amidst olive trees and traditional stone walls, a vast network of pathways allows for immersive exploration of the enchanting private natural park. Inspiring walks along the Resco stream and its waterfalls, through woods of beeches and chestnut trees.

Within the Casamora stone walls compound, its large infinity swimming pool and its covered pavilion are equipped for outdoor lunches, aperitivo’s or moonlight dining.

Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, for a fee of €30 per day
